Father Daughter Flip: Part I

Hi, friends! Long time, no talk!

I’m finally going to share part one of the father daughter flip project.

This project is different than a typical flip house, as this is a bank owned property that my dad’s business, Pirc Remodeling, was hired to completely remodel – cart blanche. This opened the door for my dad to solicit me to do all the design work, which I’m grateful for.

The house, albeit in a nice neighborhood, was left trashed and filled with animal feces. Appalling.

There was urine on the walls, in the carpet, everywhere. The smell was unbearable. Honestly, there aren’t many people who could have walked inside and ever considered living there.

But, this is where my dad’s superb craftsmanship and my design (though, I’m a novice) comes into play…

Stay tuned for part two: the gut job & picking materials.
