Hiya! As Baby Girl Nock’s due date is less than five weeks away (woah – when did that happen!), I thought I’d share her nursery pictures and links to several items.
I’ve been inundated with questions about the nursery “theme” and where and how I chose the furniture.
As you’ll see from my photos, I did not have a specific theme in the traditional nursery-theme sense. Those of you who know me, understand my disinterest in much of pop culture and characters. If I had to choose a theme, however, I would call the nursery “Vintage Whimsy.”
Please note: I’m a terrible photographer, and in my humble opinion, the photos don’t do the design any justice.
My parents, graciously, purchased the crib. It is RH Baby & Child and you can find it here. The delivery men made sure to comment that they thought they had the wrong product because so few people opt for the vintage-inspired iron cribs. I chose to take it as a compliment. LOL.
The crib skirt, quilt, and sham are also RH Baby & Child.
The sheet is from Pottery Barn Kids, but it appears they no longer have this swan print. You can find similar sheets here.
Oh, I almost forgot! The adorable bunny rocker (also a gift from my parents) is prom RH Baby & Child as well.
Of course, Baby Girl’s room would not be complete without a little chandelier.
The castle bank was a gift from a family friend, Carla (isn’t it adorable?!).
The cloud pillow was also a gift from our family friend, Carol, who also hand-painted the canvas dresses you’ll see below.
The table, curtains, rug, and picture are all from HomeGoods.
The shelves are also from Amazon.
